The Customer Sales & Service Representative is responsible for all orders and inquiries 'cradle to grave'.  This includes phone/fax/email contact, order/quote entry, work order creation, production scheduling, contact, order and part information maintenance, verifying shipment timeliness, etc.  All sales efforts are in-house, and are based upon prequalified hot leads and requests for quote.  This is not a commissioned position.

REQUIRED Experience includes:

• 2-5 years business-to-business customer service in a manufacturing setting;
• excellent math skills (algebra, decimals, fractions, rulers);
• excellent organizational and memory skills,
• ability to read and interpret basic blueprints / CAD drawings;
• ability to perform under pressure while quickly handling multiple demands.

PREFERRED Experience includes:

• Associates Degree (or higher) in graphic arts or related field;
• PC-based computer graphics or CAD;
• art, printing, or sign-making background;
• knowledge of relational databases.

Candidates will be subject to various tests, including knowledge and skill testing, background and reference checks.  Wage commensurate with experience and test results, plus benefits.
